Catherine took the time to understand the designs I wanted painted, created drafts, and ensured satisfaction at each stage of the process, from pre-ordering to pickup. The quality of the pots and Catherine’s natural aptitude to bring ideas to life are clear but to top it off she provides unparalleled customer service.
